End Control Forklifts
The stand-up end control lift truck is a really flexible machinery and is well known in the material handling business. These machines have great performance features which are somewhat similar to sit-down electric forklift units.
These lift truck units are great for warehouse environments which have limited space. The space required to utilize these machinery are less than the three-wheel electric forklift truck needs. These equipment are an excellent option for applications which require regular off and on access, since their stand-up design is an excellent characteristic.
Numerous businesses utilized a reach truck to maintain their storage facilities. These loading equipments could arrange finished products on pallets and materials to be stored or stacked into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck offers safe and easy retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also a great choice for those who prefer to store pallets of goods they do not need for immediate use in a way which is efficient and safe.
All standard reach truck units will have an out-rigging mechanism secured to the front of the machine. Telescoping tines are mounted to the out-rigging and can move down and up. The blades also include a hydraulic setup which allows the driver to pick up the load and move it over the out-riggers. This particular design not only offers much more balance to the overall load, but makes it very easy for the reach truck to move into narrow aisles between the storage shelves.
When the reach truck finds the shelves which are designated for the pallet, the hydraulics allow the tines to swing into place and lower the pallet into the shelving, sliding the pallet into place. Typically, a reach truck would easily fit into an aisle that is less than 10 feet across with no trouble, as long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
